REGISTRATION  

Registraiton fee included;
* VAT%20
* Coffee breaks, social programs, scientific and commercial activities
* Hall and exgibition area enterence
* Participant Kit: Congress bag, name badge, certificate of attendance, pocket program and abstract book.
* Daily registration is not available.

** Residents must prove their duties with a document they receive from the department/head of department.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation included;
* %10 VAT and %2 City and Tourism Tax.
* 2 nights room with breakfast 
* In order to benefit from the discounted registration and accommodation fee, the registration and accommodation fees must be deposited into the congress account between the Early Term and Interim Term dates, and the forms and payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
*Cancellation requests must be notified in writing.
* For cancellations made by September 1, 2024, the full fee will be refunded.
* For cancellations received between September 1, 2024 - December 1, 2024, a refund will be made with a 50% deduction.
*No refunds will be made as of December 2, 2024.
* Name changes can be made until February 20, 2025
* All refunds will be made at the end of the congress.
