Abstract Submission

Abstracts to be presented at the congress should be capable of contributing to scientific development and should give a concluding message. Since abstracts sent via the internet will be printed in the same way, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling errors.

Submitting abstracts online via the congress website is the only valid method of submission. Abstracts sent via e-mail or fax, regardless of the system, will not be accepted.

  • Writing Rules
  • Abstracts will be collected via the online abstract system.
  • Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  • Names should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized.
  • The names of the institutions and departments where the authors work must be stated.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are exceptions.)
  • If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be stated in parentheses.
  • In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.
  • While the summary is loading; The fields specified in the system should be written without using a separate title.
  • The entire abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title name, author´s name and surname.
  • Abstracts will be collected in Poster or Oral format, the subject category that best suits your abstract should be selected in the relevant step.
  • Abstracts must be in text format and ONLY 1 tables and 1 images can be included.
  • Abstracts that do not comply with any of these articles will be excluded from evaluation, regardless of their content.

Evaluation of Abstracts
The evaluation will be made over the internet by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. The evaluation result will be sent to all presenters as a final letter.

PRESENTATION INFORMATION

Oral
Abstracts accepted as oral presentations can be prepared with any of the electronic presentation programs. The time allocated for each presentation will be stated in the acceptance letters. In order for oral presentations to be presented, the congress registration of the person specified as the presenting author must be completed. Abstracts are not presented at the congress will not be published in the abstract book.

e-Posters
Abstrcts accepted as poster papers will be included in the e-Posters section of the proceedings book to be published after the congress. E-posters should be prepared as pdf. In order for poster presentations to be presented and included in the congress book, one of the authors must have completed the congress registration.
